Say not in grief that she is no more, but say in thankfulness that she was. The dawn has come.
Stephanie Michelle Charves, age 46, of Beavercreek, Ohio, passed away at Hospice of Dayton on May 24, 2024. Stephanie was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 12, 1977 to David and Carol Charves.
Stephanie graduated from Greene County Career Center and went on to proudly receive a degree from The Ohio State University in Business. With her background and work experience she advanced to become a Retirement Account Executive for John Hancock Financial.
Stephanie lived life her way. She was authentic, fierce, loving and loyal and had a smile that would light up a home. She adored her family, friends, Lou her cat, her plants and orchids, OSU football, and all things good! In her free time, Stephanie enjoyed life on the beach, painting watercolors of the flowers that grew around her in South Florida, dancing, singing, and travel - especially to Paris. She was a strong and kind supporter of animals and people in need of help. A member of ASPCA.
Preceded in death by beloved maternal great grandmother Mildred “Millie” Williams, maternal grandmother Betty Piccirillo, and paternal grandparents Frank B. and Myrtle Hedlind Charves.
She is survived by her grandfather, Nick Piccirillo; mother, Carol Charves and step father Johnny Stanton; father, David Charves and step mother Judith Couture Charves; sister Nicole and husband Jeff McKnight; nephews Patrick and Sean McKnight; brother Craig Waskiewicz; brother; Edwin and wife Chelsea Waskiewicz and their son Eaden, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ASPCA, animal rescue or food bank of your choice.
