SHORT, Stella I.
Age 79, formerly of Sebring FL, of Dayton, passed away, Monday, May, 24, 2010 at The Hospice of Dayton.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Robert Jones, Sr. & Edwin Short; 5 sisters & 2 brothers.
Stella was active at Sparta Road Baptist Church in Sebring & sang in the choir. She is survived by her son Robert (Joy) Jones; grandson Douglas Jones; numerous nieces, nephews, & other relatives.
Visitation will be held 4-5pm, Fri. May 28 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton where a service officiated by Pastor Richard Righter will be held at 5pm on Friday. Burial will be held at Pinecrest Cemetery, Sebring FL, at a later date.
If desired, the family suggests donations to The Hospice of Dayton.
