Spires, Stanley Carl, 72, of Dayton, passed away May 30, 2016.
Carl was a friend and devoted husband and a wonderful father and grandfather. He was an Army Veteran, and worked for GM/Harrison Radiator for 30 years. Carl was an avid bowler.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Sharon K. Spires; 2 daughters, Carla Spires, Sharon (Jamie) Wilson; 2 granddaughters, Allison and Danielle Wilson; brother, Forrest (Janice) Spires; 1 nephew, Tim Spires and family, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 granddaughter, Arisha Dawn Norris.
Visitation 12:30 to 1:30pm Monday, June 6, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Rd, where funeral service will follow at 1:30pm. Burial at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
