TOKARZ, Stan, age 68, of Beavercreek, formerly from Chicago, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Joan Tokarz.
He is survived by his brother, Fred (Chris) Tokarz; nephews, James (Kiley), John, and Joshua Tokarz; great nieces and nephews, Chelsea, Abigail, Reagan, and Luke Tokarz. Stan was a longtime Cubs and Buckeye fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at St. Luke's Parish, 1440 N. Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease Research - BrightFocus Foundation, 22512 Gateway Center Drive, Clarksburg, MD 20871.
