Stacy Jo Neff, age 49, of Eaton, Ohio, ended her battle with leukemia and passed at home, March 21, 2021. She was born August 7, 1971 in Dayton, Ohio to Anthony and Elaine Collins.
Stacy was a devoted and dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She cared deeply for her family, friends, and any person fortunate enough to be in her presence. Stacy was an active participant in her community, providing the role of coach and mentor to not only her children, but many of their friends and classmates. She strived to always be inclusive, even with a full home, and made sure that no one ever felt unloved or left out. Stacy had an infectious, compassionate spirit and brought light into the lives of people she knew.
She is preceded in death by her father, Anthony collins; her paternal grandparents, Novella and Glen Collins; her maternal grandparents Robert and Shirley Herzog.
Stacy is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Steve Neff; four daughters, Chelsea Keaton (Chris Lainhart), Kaley Neff (Todd Hartman), Kyley Neff (Daniel Baker), and Stevi Neff Camberos (Gabe Camberos); mother, Elaine Collins; grandchildren, Branson Turner, Elise Keaton, Myla Hartman and Maven Hartman; siblings, Brenda Norrod and Tony (April) Collins; sister-in-law, Kaye (Paul) Mason; brother-in-law, Larry (Von) Neff; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Monday, March 29, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where her funeral will take place at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Burial will follow the service at Willow View Cemetery.
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face mask will be worn in all public places.
