Sonny Marie Marshall, age 30, of Dayton, passed on to join with GOD'S angels on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Sonny-the sweetest baby, entered this world on February 19, 1992 to Nathan & Scotti Marshall.
Sonny was true to her name and spread sunshine to all that were blessed to have known her. She had a thirst for knowledge and the arts. Though Sonny's time here was short, she was talented at many things like drawing, painting, crafting, photography and so much more. She had a gift for making everything she touched more beautiful-including the people in her life. Sonny had a great love for animals, children, the outdoors, being silly and having fun. She had a way of making us laugh and smile with a warmness in our hearts. Sonny will be remembered for being beautiful, smart and sweet. As hard as the world could be, she could always give others words of encouragement or just a smile. No challenge was too much for her. In her mother's eyes, Sonny was not only her daughter, but her best friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sonny was preceded in death by her father, Nathan Daniel Marshall and her brother, Travis Daniel Marshall.
She is survived by her loving mother and best friend, Scotti S. Marshall; grandfather, Billy R. Dill; special friends, Preston L. and Quaymar Wilkerson as well as the many other friends and family that she's touched throughout her life.
A celebration of life ceremony and gathering will be held in the near future. The date, time, and location will be posted, along with a contact name(s) and number(s).
