Snoda B. Profitt (Haubenestel)
Age 80, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at her home after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Snoda was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Haubenestel; her parents, Russell & Rosa Roland; and by three brothers, Glen, Bud & Bobbie.
Snoda is survived by her husband, Forrest Profitt; six children, W. Ted & his wife, Jan Haubenestel, Susan Harkins, Carol & her husband, Jeff Fernandez, Jean & her husband, Mike Sanchez, Norma & her husband, Wayne Barnett and Liz Thompson; ten grandchildren, Carrie, Christopher, Nicki, Gary, Jeffrey, Michael, Morgan, Skip, Jennifer & Aaron; ten great grandchildren; three brothers, Billy, Russell Jr & Dean; five sisters, Dottie, Tessie, Betty Jewel, Cheryl & Patricia; and by her extended family & many good friends.
Snoda retired from Good Samaritan Hospital and was a member of Senior Sams.
The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday (11/7) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
Contributions may be made in memory of Snoda to The Hospice of Dayton.
