Simon J. Smith Jr., age 88, of Miami Township, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
Those who have gone before him include his wife of 69 years, Betty L. Smith; sisters, Ruby Knight and Clarissa Winters.
Simon is survived by his daughter, Pat (Alvin) Willis; grandchildren, Christina (Jonah) Simon and Jenny (Tim) Bost; great-grandchildren, Braden Simon, Alex Simon, Elijah Bost, Isaiah Bost and Boaz Bost; sister, Kate Green and many other relatives and friends.
Betty and Simon owned and operated the Dixie Dairy Dreem for 30 years.
A service will be held for the family and friends.
Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel.
