Shirley Ann Netzley

September 18, 1935 — March 20, 2019

Shirley Ann Netzley, age 83 of Brookville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 after a short illness. She was born September 18, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Earl and Frances Kuns.

Shirley liked watching her TV shows and talking with close friends often. She was sassy and enjoyed engaging in a little verbal sparring. She loved her sons, grandsons, brothers and sisters as well as her entire family deeply. She will be missed by all she came into contact with.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her nine siblings and two former husbands, Duane Netzley and Thomas John Kenney Jr.

Shirley will be missed by her loving sons, Thomas John Kenney III and wife, Young Mi "Ok" and Brian Earl Kenney; two grandchildren; Thomas John Kenney IV and Brian Earl Taylor; great granddaughter, Stella Taylor; two brothers, Marvin Kuns and Daniel Kuns; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 3-5 p.m. Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
