Shirley F. Judd

Shirley F. Judd, age 82, of Huber Heights, went home to be with the Lord on August 28, 2024. She was born on June 12, 1942 to the late Frank & Edna Smith. 

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She loved to cook and shared her love with others through the recipes she created. Shirley also enjoyed the holidays and decorating for them, but Christmas was her favorite holiday. She also liked to watch old movies and Christmas movies. Shirley was full of love and life, and her presence will be deeply missed by everyone that loved her.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her son, Jamie McCormick; her brother and 3 sisters; and her grandsons, Josh & Jerimy.

Left to cherish her memory, her husband of 30 years, Larry Judd; her children: Carl Berry (Debbie), Barbie Carico (David Wendling), and Susan Wendling (Michael), Beverly Diles (Dennis), Amy Eds (Henry), Samantha Johnson (Dan); and many grandchildren & great-grandchildren, family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00pm. Following the service, Shirley will be laid to rest at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Tipp City.
