Shirley Hurt

Hurt, Shirley Anne, age 72, of Dayton, passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 17, 2007. She was born November 15, 1934 in Dayton, the daughter of William Harper & Mary (Silvey) Adler. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Michael (Terrie) Hurt of Dayton; grandson, Guy (Darla) Hurt of Dayton; longtime companion, Jerry Hickman; and a host of relatives and friends. A Memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Forest Ridge Baptist Church, 6890 Union Schoolhouse Rd., Dayton, OH 45424, with Pastor Russell Gross officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 5 PM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Forest Ridge Baptist Church.
