Shirley E. Davidson, age 78, of Fairborn, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born August 27, 1937 in Sturgis, Michigan.
She retired from Fairborn City Schools. Shirley was a member of the Dayton Northeast congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruben and Mary Wadsworth; husband, Ralph J. Davidson; brothers, William and Raleigh Wadsworth; step-brothers, Cecil and Leon and Harold and step-sisters, Marita and Fern.
Shirley is survived by her children, Stanley R. (Dina) Davidson and Angela S. Davidson; brother, Randy (Shirley) Wadsworth; two grandchildren, Alexander (Serena) Davidson and Casey Davidson. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until the funeral service at 5:00pm on Friday, September 11, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Private burial at Byron Cemetery.
