Shirley Cope

Cope, Shirley Sue, age 71, of Dayton passed away on Friday, June 22, 2007 at her home. She was born April 11, 1936 in Nitro, WV, the daughter of Hollis Criner & Electa Barnette Roe. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Betty Kelley. Survivors include her brother Hollis C. Criner, Jr. of Dayton, OH; children, Debbie Kucharski of Dayton, Robert (Sereda) McLaughlin of Round Rock, TX, Craig (Wanda) McLaughlin of Dayton, Scott (Kate) McLaughlin of Dayton, & Doug (Tawnya) Davidson of Vandalia; grandchildren, Justin & Heather Kucharski, Sarah McLaughlin, Elizabeth Collier, Russell & Ryan McLaughlin, Brandon, Dakota, & Cierra Davidson, & Joshua & Kayla McLaughlin; great grandchildren, Alyssa & Jordan Kucharski, Ethan Boggs & Trenton & Kailen Collier; step-mother Goldie Crouse of Nitro, WV; half-brothers, Arthur L. Coleman of Deland, FL, James Keith Criner of SC, Steve Criner of Nitro, WV, & John B. Warner of Bellbrook, OH; nieces & nephews, David Criner, Vickie Bullock, Brenda Kellar, & Nicole & Casey Criner. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Burial will follow at Willow View Cemetery, Dayton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 9 AM until the time of services.
