Shirley "Squirrley" Carroll, age 61, of Huber Heights, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 26, 2024.
Shirley was born in Weston, West Virginia on January 9, 1963.
She was preceded in death by her father, Shirley Lewis Thompson and her sister, Belinda Thompson.
Shirley is survived by her mother, Joyce Thompson; sisters, Susan Long, Terry (Ronnie) Phelps and Patricia (Mark) Meade; many nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews whom she loved as if they were her own children.
Shirley was a very kind, loving and giving person. She had a free spirit. Shirley was employed at Skyline, where she enjoyed "her kids" that she worked with and putting smiles on her customers faces. Shirley and her no bake cookies, cheeseball and contagious laugh will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 1pm at Oakcreek Church, 4800 Bigger Rd. Kettering, OH with a luncheon to follow.
