Shirley Mae "Nanny" Antol, 76, lifelong resident of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Maria Joseph Center. She was preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Goldie (Wysong) Antol; and her sister, Phyllis Bane.
She is survived by her beloved companions: Cricket and Shylie; niece, Vickie Deem; nephew, Dick Bane; cousins: Catherine Dowell, Nancy Meredith, Beverly Hoke; and many more numerous to mention; and lifelong friend, Judy Fast.
Shirley worked for Total Woman, which became Moore's Nautilus Health Spa, which became Fitworks for more than 27 years. Her great loves were her dogs, family, cooking and all the friends she had made over the years at work. She was a very loving and caring lady that will be missed by everyone that knew her. Rest in peace sweet lady.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Woodland Cemetery. Reverend Paul David Bane of Indianapolis officiating. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road.
