Sheryl A. Wagoner

Sheryl Ann Wagoner, age 59, of Dayton passed away unexpectedly on August 20, 2024. She was born in Dayton on September 6, 1964 to the late Daniel Branch and Eileen Farthing. In addition to her parents, Sheryl is preceded in death by her sister, Crista Stone and grandmother, Helen Farthing.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Rick; children, Bethann Summers, Jessie (Leonard Johnson) Wagoner, Rickey (Jazmyn) Wagoner; grandchildren, Jonathan Bowling, Blayne Summers, Mason Summers, Aiden Simpson, Logan Wagoner, Remington Wagoner, Jordan Johnson; siblings, Dana Brockman, Terry Bailey, Rhonda Penwell, Daniel Branch; aunt, Donnie Collier; nieces, Victoria Johnson, Danielle Branch, Tammy Polen, Karley Penwell; nephews, Ryan Justice, Eric Stone, Adam Stone, Grant Rike, Shane Polen, Joey Polen, Jordan Branch; close friends, Charlie (Sharon) Rowlett, Debbie Tracy and beloved friend, Gwen Polen; along with many other loving family and friends. 

Sheryl enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She helped to raise her nieces and nephews throughout the years and loved them as if they were her grandkids. Sheryl loved all dogs, especially Dachshunds and Rottweilers. Sheryl's favorite past times were visiting the Koffee Kup, shopping and finding great deals, playing cards and watching her shows. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by those who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024 and 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Newcomer Kettering, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg. Pastor Andy Warren to officiate.
