Sherrill Jr. Coyle, age 79, of Huber Heights, OH went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
Sherrill was born in McKee, KY on October 21, 1943 to the late Albert & Della Mae Coyle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Sue Coyle; brothers, William, Thomas "Jack" and Hansel Coyle; sisters, Juanita Walling, Ina Mae McKinney and Norma Isaacs; and his beloved dog, Cody.
Sherrill is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lovilla Coyle; daughters, Melissa (Jody) Mutter and Heather (John) Massey; grandchildren, Brittany (Zachary) Fishel, Brandon (Christina) Mutter and Bailey Massey; great-grandchildren, Tinleigh, Paisley, Parker, Grayson and Jaxson; numerous nieces; nephews; extended relatives and friends.
Sherrill was a member of local 249 Painters & Allied Trades, where he served as the trustee for many years after retirement as a life long career as a drywall finisher. He was a member of Northridge Freewill Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 12-1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. The service will follow at 1:30pm.
Sherrill will be laid to rest at Willow View Cemetery.
