Sheridan Franklin Leiter, age 90, of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, December 17, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon & Anna Mae.
Sheridan is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Marjorie Leiter; children Brent (Jody) Leiter and Mona (Steve) Franson; grandchildren Jennifer Leiter (Michael) Vessells, Michael Leiter, Jason (Mindy) Trimble, Emily (Chad) Paul, Stefanie Franson and Lisa Franson; step-children Brenda Maynard, Colleen (Rick) Rairdon and Bradley (Tracy) Mooney; step-grandchildren Jessica Maynard, Sarah (Derrick) Ferris and Kyle Mooney; great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 21, 2011 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2pm, with Rev. Harold Sawyer officiating. Burial will be at David's Cemetery.
