Shelia Y. Washington

Shelia Yvonne Washington was born March 15, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio. She was called home to be with the Lord January 14, 2018. Shelia was proceeded in death by her Mother, Betty Newell and Father, Horace Johnigan.

She attended Roosevelt High School, was employed at Dayton Tire & Rubber and worked as a teacher's aide.

Shelia leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, two devoted sons Victor B. Moreland (Velerie) and Richard Smith (Valerie); two loving and devoted daughters, Valorie Harris (Joel) and Cecelia Moreland; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Sharon Pinkston (Alan), Marsha Thompson, Saundra Norvell, 2 brothers: Michael and Mark Johnigan and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
