Shelby S. Zornes, age 21, of Miamisburg, went home to be with the Lord on December 8, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Martha Rath and aunt, Ann Hamp.
Shelby is survived by her daughter, Avery Kinner; mother, Christine Rath; father, James Zornes; brother, Brandon Barr; Austin Kinner, the father of her sweet angel Avery; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 2pm at the Christ United Methodist Church (10227 State Route 48, Centerville, OH 45458).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Families of Addicts (FOA Foundation 425 N. Findlay St. Dayton, OH 454040 or TJ's Place of Hope (85 E Franklin St, Dayton, OH 45459).
Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Kettering Chapel.
