Sheila was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on January 16, 1993.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Torres.
Sheila is survived by her sister, Gladys Mercado; brother, Luis Mercado & his wife Yesenia Perez; 4 nieces; 3 nephews-including Mateo; husband, Luis A. Rivera; and many other relatives and friends.
Sheila will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
