Shawn Sturgell II, age 22, of Riverside, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011. Shawn is survived by his love and life: Jessica Rowell; daughters: Abigail & Emily Sturgell; mother: Penny Kay; father: Shawn Sturgell; sisters: Misty Sturgell, Mindy (Michael Tonner) Sturgell, Maranda (Michael) Reese, Madison Sturgell; brother: Chad Sturgell; step sister: Sara Shockey; step brother: Rickey Shockey Jr.; step father: Rickey Shockey Sr.; and numerous other family members and friends. Shawn is joining his nephew in heaven: Baby Kevin Gudgeon. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering.
