Sharry Lee Justice

Justice, Sharry Lee (Ratliff), age 66, of Tipp City, born January 18, 1943, went to be with the Lord on February 6, 2009 at 6:30 AM. Sharry devoted her entire life to not only her family, but also by being an Adopted parent and Foster parent up until she became sick with cancer in 2007. Sharry was also an advocate for children with handicaps. She became their voice not only on a local level but also when her son George became the Ohio State Poster child for the March of Dimes. Sharry was also a Realtor for many years. Sharry was a beautiful and very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Sharry is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Joseph Justice, Jr. She is mother to daughter, Jackie (Justice) & Tom Wirick of Springfield, son, Joseph Justice III of Tipp City, daughter, Tayler & Tesa Justice of Tipp City. Sharry had 8 grandchildren, Tommy & Rachel, Justin & Deidra, and Josh Wirick of Springfield, Joseph Justice IV serving in Iraq, Jeremiah, Jacob, Jace, & Krissy Justice of Huber Heights, 6 great grandchildren, Nicholas, Chloe, James & Matthew Wirick and Joseph Justice V & Jude Justice; mother, Ruth Lairmore of Florida; sister, Deb & Steve Snyder of Florida; brother, Russell & Lorie Ratliff of Ohio; brother-in-law, Don Spillman of Mansfield; cousin, Carolyn & Robert Simmering of Mansfield; special aunt, Ann Call of Mansfield. Sharry is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, & special friend, Shirley Mattern. Sharry was preceded in death by 2 sons, George (Kip) Niles Justice and James Robert Justice; father, George Ratliff; sister, Garnell Spillman; grandparents, Bunyon & Grace Bailey; and many other family members and friends. Services and a Celebration of Sharry's life will be held at 1 PM on Monday, February 9, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Donnelsville, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-3 PM.
