Sharon K (Jones)Philpot, age 65 of Dayton, passed away March 7, 2013. She was born September 14, 1947 in Lebanon, OH to George and Dorothy Jones. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Jay (John) Philpot; and brother, Ronnie Jones.
Sharon is survived by her mother, Dorothy Jones; children, Melanie (Arszman) Chaffins and Phillip Arszman; grandchildren, Ashley Rose, Timothy Rose, and Amber Rogers; 2 great-grandchildren, Timothy "Bubbles" and Tessa; and sisters, Phyllis Farmer, Vicki Alexander, brother David Jones; life-long friend Diana Davidson-Hampton, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Sharon was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. She was an avid reader.
