Sharon Loreen Hoyle, age 78 of Kettering, peacefully departed this world on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on October 8, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Robert and Helen Doerfert.
Sharon graduated from Oakwood High School Class of 1965 and furthered her education by earning her nursing degree from the Dayton School of Nursing in 1967. She lived a life marked by compassion and dedication, most notably as a private duty nurse for 20 years, providing exceptional care to those in need.
In the late 1970s through the 1980s, she generously shared her passion for dance as a former instructor at Carousel Dance Studio and JAM (Just Add Music). She loved shopping, particularly enjoying the delights of QVC. Additionally, Sharon embraced her love for travel and cherished the moments spent attending country concerts, which brought her immense joy. Most importantly, Sharon loved spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren.
Sharon is survived by her beloved husband of nearly 56 years, Donald G. Hoyle Jr.; children, Myssi Hoyle (Rodney) and Mark Hoyle (Diana); and grandchildren, Lauren Hoyle, Matthew Hoyle, and Mallory Morrison.
