Sharon Lynn Cosby

Sharon Lynn Cosby, age 68 of Fairborn, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at home . She was born August 28, 1955 in Xenia, Ohio the daughter of Clark and Estella Cosby.

Sharon graduated from Xenia High School and Greene County Career Center in 1974. She enjoyed cooking, music and family gatherings. 

She is preceded in death by her mother, Estella Cosby, father, Clark L. Cosby, sister, Deborah Nooks and father of her child, Robert Humphrey.

Sharon leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Natasha (Sam) Williams; step sons, Robert Humphrey Jr. and Sean Nelson; twin sister, Karen (Robert) Davenport; three brothers, Ronnie (Cynthia) Cosby, Rodney(Jacqueline) Cosby and Stephen (Diane) Lewis. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton, especially nurses, Christen and Kaylee for all of their care and comfort during this difficult time.

Visitation will be Friday, June 28, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm with a service to follow at 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). She will be laid to rest at Silvercreek Cemetery in Jamestown at the convenience of the family.
