CAPPS, Sharon Kay

age 51 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2005 at Miami Valley Hospital. Sharon was born December 23, 1953, the daughter of Ben H. and Otella Smith. She was a member of the Soaring Higher Christian Church and was very active as a Sunday school teacher and other ministries. Sharon worked for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base for over 34 years. She is survived by her brother, Dennis, his wife, Debra and their son, Curtis Smith; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many nieces, nephews, and special friends. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward Charles Capps; and nephew, Matthew Smith. Family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens with Pastor David May officiating.
