Sean Michael Davis

Sean Michael Davis, age 37 of Springfield, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at his home. He was born May 6, 1983 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Michael and Hulda Davis.

Sean was friendly and very talkative; so much so he was known as motor mouth. He liked staying busy, even from his youth. He was always willing to help others in need. He loved animals, especially his cat Buddy. He also loved sports cars, especially his Shelby Mustang. Sean was a wonderful son and friend to many and he will be dearly missed.

Sean is survived by his mother; uncles, Dan (Brenda) Tenney & Frank Tenney; aunt, Wanda Kessler; first cousins, Jesse (Jackie) Tenney, Matthew (Kelsi Hall) Tenney, Chrystal (Charles) Neal, Shelby Tenney, Blaine Kessler, Michelle (Brian) Krawczak & Vanessa Tenney; girlfriend, Cristane Webb and many other loving friends and family members.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Norman P. Tenney & Malta Tenney; paternal grandparents, Larry Davis & Helen Davis; uncles, Norman P. Tenney & Peter L. Kessler; and cousin, Luke Tenney.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Sean's honor.

The family has decided to hold services at a later date when they can safely gather.
