It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Scott A. Goodman of Xenia, Ohio. Scott was born November 1st, 1975 to Patricia Goodman.
After a painful battle of cancer, he passed peacefully in his sleep on April 16th, 2025 with his loving wife and mother by his side.
Scott was a devoted husband to Amy of 24 years; a caring father to Megan (Bruce), Kayla (Phillip), Blake and Brianna; A cherished grandfather to Aleigha, Abriella and Karsyn; a loving son to Patricia; a little brother to Clinton and Stacy, a loving son-in-law to David and Lynda; an uncle to numerous nieces and nephews and a friend to so many.
Scott loved his job as a truck driver for 19 years. It allowed him to meet many wonderful people along the way and some he considered great friends.
Scott took pride in the things he loved. He enjoyed being outside- taking care of his lawn, hosting cookouts and working on his truck. Scott loved watching football with his son, especially his team Notre Dame. He enjoyed listening to music and cooking for his family. Scott loved most of all just spending time with his wife and children.
Scott was a pillar of strength and a source of endless support for his family. He was a hardworking man who lived to take care of everyone around him. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled. We will miss him everyday.
