Scarlet Ann Karns

Scarlet Ann Karns, age 57, of Fairborn, passed away November 27, 2024. Scarlet was born in Xenia, Ohio on March 1, 1967 to John and Marsha Ratliff.

Scarlet is preceded in death by her father; step-father, Bob Burns; and her uncle, Tom Whitt. 

She is survived by Ex-Husband, Guy Karns; daughter, Erin (Joe) Gregory; daughter, Brittney Davis; son, Cameron Karns; son, Tyler Karns; mother, Marsha Ratliff; brother, John Ratliff, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Haven, Kayden, Logan, Layla and Lila.

In her free time, she enjoyed watching TV, entertaining her friends and family and spending time with her mom and grandchildren. 

Scarlet was creative and had a strong personality, a distinct character. She was a gift giver and storyteller. Scarlet enjoyed cooking and baking. She also enjoyed meeting new people.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Scarlet's memory to Planned Parenthood (444 West Exchange St, Akron OH 44302) or to Disabled American Veterans (2410 Mechanicsburg Rd, Springfield, OH 45503). 

There will be a memorial service held at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at South Fairborn Baptist Church (1642 Superior Ave, Fairborn).
