Sara Shyanne Hasty

Sara Shyanne Hasty, age 24, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on November 21, 2020.

Sara was born on July 13, 1996, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Richard Hasty and Danyele Cox Hasty.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Hasty; grandparents, Gwen and Vernon Cox; uncle, Michael Cox; and best friend/sister, Kyra Schlorman.

She is survived by her mother, Danyele (Joseph Royalty) Hasty; her beloved son, Remy Huddleson; siblings, Bridget Hasty, Christina Gagaris, Destiney Eshelman, Dustin Cox, Richie Hasty, Mariah Hasty, Hailey Lankford, Loree Lankford and R. Michael Hasty; grandfather, Dannie Horner; grandparents Richard and Cindy Hasty; great-grandparents, Don and Beauty Lay; aunt, Jessie Hasty; special cousins, Dylan and Dakota Cox; uncle, Matt Cox; niece, Shaylee; nephews, Everhett and Little Richie; best friend, Jae Ingram; and many other loving cousins, family and friends.

Sara loved to listen to music and watching videos of her son. She had a heart of gold and loved everyone for who they were. Her son was the light of her life and her time spent with him meant the world to her. Sara's friends were a huge part of her life. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. Sara touched so many lives throughout her short time here.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Funeral Services will begin at 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Funeral Home on behalf of the family for funeral expenses and a trust for her son, Remmy.
