Sara G. Geiger

GEIGER, Sara G., age 70, of Kettering, passed away Friday, February 9, 2007. She was born September 24, 1936 in Dayton, OH, the daughter of George and Mary Elizabeth (Murphy) Myer. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Geiger; two daughters, Mary (Richard) Misner of Florida, and Joyce (Jack) McPeek of Fairborn; 7 grandchildren, Michelle Geiger, David Geiger, James Geiger III, Howard Misner, Ashley Misner, Joey Misner, and Kristi McPeek; one great-grandchild, Brent Geiger; two sisters, Joy (Clarence) Peck and Judy (Jerry) Qualls; one half sister, Mary Jane (Leroy) Curtis; two brothers, George Myer and Robert (Billie) Myer; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, James Geiger, Jr., two sisters, Lois Caldwell and Joanne Owens; both parents. Visitation will be held Sunday, February 11, 2007 from 3-5 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral services will be held Monday, February 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Randall Penrod officiating.
