Age 67, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by one son, Sanford Eugene Fugate; his parents, Ervine & Sylvia Fugate; and by two brothers, Lawrence & David Fugate. Sanford is survived by his puppy, Rosco; one daughter, Tonya & her husband, Rodney Ledbetter; step-son, Jeffrey & his wife, Judy Green; two sisters, Molly & her husband, James Brown, Ethel & her husband, Bill Melton; two grandchildren, two great granddaughters; two step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Interment will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria, Ohio. The family will be receiving friends from 12:30 p.m. until time of service.
