Sandra L. Workman

Sandra L Workman, age 61 of Englewood, passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born May 30, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Robert and Hilda Karns. Sandra worked as a multiple handicap teacher for over 20 years with the last 15 at Troy City Schools. Sandra was a 1971 graduate of Beavercreek High School.
She is preceded in death by her father.
Sandra is survived by her mother; two daughters, Jamie (Brad) Kennedy and Kelly (Chad) Kennedy; a son, Dennis Workman; a sister, Linda (Mike) Gerwick; eight grandchildren, Troy, Sadie, Sara, Kayla, Leanne, Tristan, Ethan, and Chase; 2 great grandchildren; a niece and two nephews. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 11:00 am at Christ Cathedral (51 Best St, Dayton, OH 45405). Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Dayton.
