GRIFFITH, Sandra L., age 61, departed this life to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 30, 2007. She was a native of Dayton, OH, born on April 20, 1946 to Samuel L. & Edna M. Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband, Thomas E. Griffith, Sr. & son, Thomas E. Griffith, Jr. She was a devoted mother and leaves to cherish her memory, Tina M. Powell (Aaron Sr.), Stephanie A. Henry, Renita E. Griffith, Deanna L. Jennings & Angela Y. Griffith. One daughter-in-law, Tonya R. Griffith & 18 grandchildren, Asia, Shaton, Aaron Jr., De'Mario, Shanae, Anthony, De'Angela, Ashley, Clarece, Altaira, Dawson, Brandon, Thomas III, Tonya, Renee, Kenitha, Octavia, & Donna, as well as a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews & great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Saturday, January 5, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Family will receive friends from 9:00am until the time of service.
