Sandra Clay, age 74, passed away July 17, 2016. Sandra Clay, my wife, my lover, my best friend crossed over the river to rest by the shade of the trees. No more pain, no more grief, no more sadness. Preceded in death by her parents James Frisby and Clara Frisby; sister Faye Gallihar; brothers Paul Frisby and Sydney Frisby. Sandy leaves behind her grieving husband, Rocky; son Randall Ray Clay; two daughters Roxanne Mobely and Shawna Gibbons; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She also leaves behind two sisters Betty of New Jersey and Lois of Trenton, Ohio. Sandy was born on November 17, 1941. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Sandy lived life to the fullest. Among her hobbies she loved ceramics and Citizen Band Radio (CB) her on air handle was "Lady Red Tag". She loved talking, arguing and friendly fighting with fellow CBers, many of whom passed on before her. Friends and relatives may visit Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 5pm-7pm with a funeral service to follow at 7pm. Sandy will be cremated and her ashes will be brought home to rest on the mantle of her favorite room. A special thank you to the caretakers at Hospice of Dayton also Randa Eby for all of their help.
