Samuel Enchi Tan

Samuel (陳恩賜)EnChi Tan "Sam," name meaning "the gift of God," age 30, born March 20th, 1993, of Beavercreek, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord peacefully in his sleep on February 27, 2024.

Sam is survived by his loving and devoted parents, Kenny & Christine Tan, his wife Anna Koell (whom he adored and loved very much), his two god-siblings Brooke, and Kai Santo, his godparents/Aunt/Uncle Esther Hong Eng & Kian Huat Ang, as well as numerous aunties, uncles and cousins in Malaysia.

Sam was a graduate of The University of Cincinnati with a BBA degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship and was an avid investor in the stock market. Sam was a true gourmet, loved to cook, and enjoyed sharing his skills in the kitchen with the loved ones in his life. Sam was a gentle soul, easygoing with a soft heart, caring deeply for his family that always came first. He traveled extensively to Asia with his parents and throughout Europe with his wife, who introduced Sam to her childhood home in Austria.

The loss of Sam at such a young age will be felt deeply by his family who eagerly awaits to be reunited with Sam in God's Kingdom.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-3:00pm, on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, followed by a Celebration of Life, which will begin at 3:00pm, with Pastor Sean Ireland officiating.
