Sam Martin
Age 62, of Riverside, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2006 at his home. Sam was born January 13, 1944 in Greenville, Ohio to Dick & Thelma Martin, who precede him in death.
Sam is survived by his life-long friend, Daryl Flory of Riverside; one sister, Judy (Ronnie) McBride of Greenville; two brothers, Jim (Bobbie Anne) Martin of S.C. and Tom (Barbara) Martin of AZ; and by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Sam was a U. S. Army veteran.
Funeral services will be held at 1:45 PM, Monday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Interment will follow at the Dayton National Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 – 1:45 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family would prefer that donations be made to the Dayton Area Diabetes Association.
