Samuel Irvin

IRVIN, Samuel E., age 84, of Miamisburg, passed away Sun., Dec. 11, 2005 at the Veterans Medical Center Hospice Unit. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Sam is survived by his former wife Ruth Jordan; 1 son who resides in Alaska; 1 step-son Dale Coffee; 1 brother George Irvin (Linda) and 2 grandsons Aaron and Corey Coffee. He had worked in the oil drilling industry for many years and after retiring Sam was a guard for APEX for 16 years. He also was a veteran of the U.S. Army with service during W.W.II. Funeral services 10:30 A.M., Thurs., Dec. 15, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Karen Fleming and Rev. Ray Trout officiating. Interment Dayton National Cemetery.
