Sam Reed, age 68, of Dayton, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Sam was born in Dayton on May 28, 1955 to the late Charlie & Mac Reed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Sharon Butts and Joyce Reed; brother, Michael Reed; and his beloved dog, Miley.
Sam is survived by his children, Alan Reed and Katie (Aaron) Hollopeter; grandson, Hudson Hollopeter; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 9-11am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. A graveside service will follow at 11:30am at Calvary Cemetery.
