Sadie J. Best, age 83 of New Carlisle, passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at The Hospice of Dayton. She is preceded in death by her husband, William B. Best, Sr.; parents, Roscoe and Docie (Kirby) Denney; son, William Best, Jr.; son, Tommy Best; brothers, Earl, Tom, Floyd, George and Steve Denney.
She is survived by her daughters, Glenda Bresley and Brenda Bowen; sons, Ronald (Susie), Tim and Dan Best; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Sherman and Roger Denney; sisters, Corrina (Fred) McDaniel, Francis (Doug) Smith and Jeannie (Denver) Mink; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Sadie was a long time member of Park Layne United Brethren in Christ Church. She was an avid UK Wildcats fan. Sadie loved her family and will be dearly missed.
