Rylee Hayden Jacobs, age 22 months, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
Rylee is survived by her parents, Will Jacobs & Tara Seidel; brothers, Tristan Seidel and Derek Jacobs; sister, Montie Jacobs-Davis; grandparents, Lori Burke; and great-grandparents George & Felicia Grow.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Cody Jacobs; and grandparents, Nicol Burke; W.H. & Phyllis Leach. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 1-2 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2 pm. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rylee's memory to Children's Hospital.
