Ruth Ann "Annie" Phillips, age 78, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 14th, 2014.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William E. Phillips Sr. & her grandson, William David Phillips.
She is survived by her son, William E. (Kelly) Phillips Jr., her sister, Myrtle Boles of Cookeville, TN, sister-in-law, Estell Malone of Cookeville, TN, her 2 grandchildren, Bethany (Shane Jenkins) Phillips & Marissa Phillips, her great-grandson, Kayden Jenkins, daughter-in-law, Tracy Phillips, two special caregivers, Melissa Gorby & Scott Watson & numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
She was a housekeeper for many years.
She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren, who she loved dearly.
Visitation will be held on at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel on Friday, April 18th, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Service will be held at Newcomer on Saturday, April 19th, at 1:00 PM.
Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
