Ruth Ann Kover (Lupton), 80, of Huber Heights. Our loving, beautiful mother joined our Father & Lord on January 11, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles (Charlie) Kover, parents William & Maribel Lupton, and sister Sharon.
Ruth is survived by her 3 brothers Donald (Ruth) Lupton, Allen Lupton, Glen Lupton ; 3 adoring children : James (Diane) Baker, Mary Baker, Susan( Michael) Blevins ; 5 grandchildren: Donovan James(Kelly Wallem) Baker, Chad Edward (Julie) Baker, Lesley Madewell, Stephanie Marie Blevins, Jamie Lynn Blevins; 12 great-grandchildren: Kiersten (Zach Kinmann) Madewell, Michael Madewell, Angelica Blevins, Charles Clemmons, Maximus Clemmons, Carmella Blevins, Avalon Blevins, Matthew Baker, Alec Dickenson, Jenna Dickenson, Elijah Dickenson, Aidan Baker ; Many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, co-workers, friends and her 2 dogs, Buddy & Riley.
Ruth accepted Christ as her Savior alongside her husband on April 18,1978 at North Dayton Baptist Church. Ruth graduated from Northridge High School & was a very proud Northridge Polar Bear. Ruth enjoyed attending her class reunions and trips away with 'her girls'. Ruth retired from Cassanos after many dedicated years of service. She enjoyed being at the beach and watching the waves roll in. Ruth loved dearly her family and playing with all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved and always looked forward to family gatherings on holidays. Sundays at home were always filled full of her gospel music and sermons. Ruth was always the heart of our Family, full of love and compassion.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needemore Road, where the family will receive friends for two (2) hours prior to the service, from 11a-1pm. The family will have a private graveside service at a later date at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The Kover/Lupton family would like to extend an extremely special Thank you to her home nurse Kelly, "Our Angel".
The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
