Ruth "Eileen" Jarusiewic

Ruth "Eileen" Jarusiewic, age 98, of Kettering, passed away on September 7, 2023. She was born in Ironton, Ohio, on January 4, 1925, the daughter of the late Frank and Doris Ratliff.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Frank Jarusiewic; sons, Paul Jarusiewic and Randall Jarusiewic; grandson, Paul Jarusiewic, Jr.; and eight siblings.
She is survived by her loving children, Susan (Tony) Boyd and Richard (Debbie) Jarusiewic; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; daughter-in-law, Jean Jarusiewic-Keillor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eileen was a member of Bethany Church of Christ in Kettering for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed playing cards, gardening, swimming and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Bethany Church of Christ, 2755 East Stroop Rd., Kettering, where Funeral Services will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at a later date at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her caregivers and the staff of Ohio's Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
