Ruth Ann Good

Ruth Ann Good, age 74, of Kettering, passed away on December 9, 2020. Ruth Ann was born on May 1, 1946, in Portsmouth, OH. She was the daughter of Virgil and Mildred (Dehart) Burton. On December 30, 1986, she married Robert G. Good in Dayton.

During her working career, Ruth worked as an assembly line inspector for General Motors. She retired in 1998 after 30 years of service. Ruth was an excellent mother and homemaker and loved cooking for her family and friends. In her spare time, she developed the skills to build doll-houses for her family.

Ruth leaves behind a living legacy consisting of her loving husband, Robert; and her adoring 3 daughters, Angie (Glenn) Harville of Kettering, Faith Meckley of Kettering, and Chrissy Good of Lebanon; grandchildren, Nikki, Angie, Elijah, and Leia. Sister, Rebecca (Larry) Watson of Lewisburg, OH; brother, David (Sharon) Meckley of Lake Helen, FL; and many loving nieces and nephews and dear friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 17, 2020, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 925 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton. Funeral services will immediately follow with the Pastor Andrew Brewster officiating. Burial will take place at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens, 7370 OH-48, Springboro, OH 45066.

The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks will be worn in all public places.
