Ruth E. Takacs, age 78, of New Carlisle, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015 at home. She was born November 27, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Donald and Edith Weber.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex K. Takacs; parents, Donald and Edith Weber and step-mother, Annabelle Weber.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Karen S (Adrain) Stacy; son, Timothy K. (Nancy) Takacs; two grandchildren, Steve (Tammy) Stacy and Amy (Walter) Davis; brother, Don (Debbie) Weber; sister, Nellen Kaylor; step-sister, Sharon (Rick) Riggs and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Willow View Cemetery.
