Ruth E. (Williams) Dunigan

Ruth E. (Williams) Dunigan, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023. She was born March 3, 1941 in Dayton, OH the daughter of the late Harry and Nona Horton.
Ruth enjoyed quilting, reading, music, and dancing, but more than anything, she loved being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In her eyes, she had "the best kids and grandkids ever!"
Ruth is survived by her children, Bryan (Vicki) Hix, Anastasia (David) Palmer, Thomas (Holly) Williams, Susan Williams; grandchildren, Ashley and Amanda Hix, Brittany and Brandon Palmer, Brendan Williams; great grandchildren, Joey and Ayden.
In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Dunigan.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 11 am at Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W. Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428).
Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on. Cherished memories never fade because one loved is gone. Those we love are never more than a thought apart, for as long as there is a memory they live on in our heart.
