Ruth Ann Dale

Ruth Ann Dale, age 81 of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 16, 2022. She was born December 14, 1940 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Edward and Marie Schiedecker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years Beecher H. Dale Sr. and three sisters, Betty Longstreath, Janet Breakall, and Peggy Violet.

Ruth is survived by her three children, Beecher Dale Jr., Roxanna (John) Parlett, and Lisa (Mark) Adkins; five grandchildren, Amber (Joe) Manning, Candi (Michael) Maurer, Nathan (Kira) Parlett, Brian Parlett, and Joshua Adkins; five great-grandchildren, Andrew Parlett, Xavier Manning, Maybree Manning, Tyler Maurer, and Emily Maurer; six siblings, Wanda Reynolds, Cindi Chadwell, Debbie Burton, Michael (Jane) Schiedecker, Charlene Owens, and Bonnie Holder. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Ruth enjoyed quilting, sewing, and loved to bake. She was an entrepreneur and a wonderful artist. The most important thing to Ruth was her family and she always had an open-door policy for anyone. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.

Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Way of the Cross Church (612 Beatrice Dr, Dayton, OH 45404). Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate her wonderful life.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to American Diabetes Association in her honor.
