He was preceded in death by his Father, James L. Hall; Grandmother, Mary J. McDonald; Grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. TJ Stertzbach and Mr. & Mrs. William Hall.
Russell is survived by his Mother, Karen Stertzbach; Father, Tim Stertzbach; Uncles, Michael (Judy) McDonald and Chris Steed; Cousins, Christopher Lynn Steed, Lindsay (Joe) Florkey and Chad (Stephanie) McDonald, and many other relatives and friends.
Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family through the funeral home, during this difficult time.
